Okay I have to confess, I love tulle fabric. It's just fun and always adds that finishing touch like no other.
Thank goodness for cooler weather. It's not easy trying to get into the spirit of the upcoming seasons when the temperature is 108. Unfortunately, I'm afraid it's not over yet.
